Nope! At Lift Lab, you are free to cancel or change your membership at any time with no penalties through our online service.
Our Lab Techs offer nutrition plans and workout programs ($100) each for more independent members who are just looking for a little extra guidance. Biweekly check-ins and progress updates are also very affordable add-ons! Alternatively, you can get set up for your new program by starting with two weeks of personal training to make sure you understand the program and exercises technique.
